How to Reserve and Pick Up an Article in the MP/Reuse Hub Using the Web App

Reserve an article in the reuse hub

1. Log in to palats.io.
2. Navigate to one of your reuse hubs to see which articles are available. In case there are multiple reuse hubs in your organization, you can switch hubs while on the listing page by clicking on the house icon in the top right corner.
   1. You as a marketplace user will find all available hubs under My Palats in the left menu.
   2. You as an administrator can find all available hubs under both My Palats and Marketplaces in the left menu. 
3. Click on the item you wish to reserve.
4. Click on Reserve and then select one or more articles.
5. The articles you have reserved will be added to the shopping cart at the top right corner.

Pick up an article

After reserving the articles you want, you can choose pick up them directly in the web app or by logging in to Palats.io on your mobile device, using a browser on your mobile. We recommend you to complete the pick up when physically moving them from storage to ensure you get the right articles. 

1. Go to the shopping cart at the top right corner where you'll find your reserved articles.
2. Click on Withdraw.
3. Enter your contact information.
4. Depending on your organization's settings, there will be different options to choose from.
   1. If your organization has chosen to specify where the items will be moved to, you will see which locations are available to choose from and can search for the correct one in the search bar. By clicking on a location, you can specify where in the location the items will be placed. If a location is missing, you can instead choose to enter an address below the available locations.
   2. If you don't see any locations or the option to enter an address, the items picked up will be archived and marked as internal reuse when you click Confirm Pickup.
5. Click Confirm Pickup.
6. Done! Your order is now complete, and the items have been picked up.
