Manage listings and orders in the MP/Reuse hub

Here's how you, as an administrator, manage your MP/reuse hub

As an administrator responsible for a marketplace or reuse hub, you have access to view and manage the listings within the hub(s) that you have authorization for.

Manage listings

If you want to view all listings that are published, archived, or paused under the drafts tab, this is how you do it.

  1. Log in to Palats.io web app.
  2. Go to Listings in the menu on the left.
  3. Choose the hub you want to see under All Marketplaces.
  4. Click on a listing to see which items are included in the listing.

Delete a listing

You can choose to delete an entire listing or certain articles from a listing. You can also choose to hide a listing if you wish to publish it at a later time. If you hide a listing, it will be moved to the drafts tab.

  1. Click on the listing you want to delete.
  2. Select all items included in the listing and choose remove from listing.
  3. Then click on Delete Listing at the top right corner.
  4. Your listing is now deleted, but the articles remain in the location where they were inventoried.

Repost a listing

  1. Go to the location where the articles are inventoried.
  2. Check the box next to the article(s) you want to include in the listing. The articles must belong to the same model, as it's not possible to publish different models in the same listing.
  3. Select More actions and then Create listing.
  4. Done!

Find information about reused articles

If you have set up your marketplace/hub to archive retrieved articles, you can find these articles in the archive by navigating to Articles in the left menu and then selecting the archive tab.

However, if you have done the set so that the buyer can choose a new location or address when retrieving an article from your marketplace/hub, the articles will be placed in the chosen location. If no location is specified and the buyer has chosen to provide only an address, the articles will be archived.

In cases where internal invoicing is required, you will need to download an export to see between which properties articles have been sold. You can find more information about this in our guide on how to download an export.
