How to Tag an Archived Article
Do you have an article that has been donated, waste-managed, sold, or even lost? By archiving, you gain an overview of your inventory, and the articles you archive are deactivated, meaning they can no longer be managed or displayed in your inventory.
By archiving articles, you gain statistics on what happens to your furniture and materials over time.
Sometimes, you may want to add further information about an archived article. For example, you might want to indicate which internal project reused an article or where a donated article ended up. You can easily do this by tagging the articles. Below, we outline the steps to do so.
Tagging an Archived Article
- Go to "Archive" in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the table symbol you find to the right of "filter."
- Search for or filter out the article(s) you wish to tag.
- If the "tags" column is missing, reveal it by clicking on "customize" and then on the eye icon to hide or display a column.
- Stand in the "tags" column and select an existing tag or type in a new one.
