In the Other tags field, you can create custom tags to label your items with information that doesn't fit into the Next step or Destination category.
Step 1 - Display the "Other tags" column
- Go to your location and open the table view by clicking on the table icon on the far right.
- Click on Customize.
- Scroll down until you find Other tags. If the eye icon is closed, click on it to make the column visible.
- Also, make the Other comments column visible and place it next to the Other tags column to add free-text comments if desired.
- Click and drag the various columns to arrange them in the desired order.
- Once this is done, the columns will be included in the table view, and you're ready to start tagging your items.
Step 2 - Tag the items with the other tags
- To work with one product category at a time, start by clicking Filter.
- Select the product categories you want to display and choose Show articles.
- To tag one item at a time, click in the Other tags field for the current article and select one of of your previous tags. You can also choose to create your own tag by typing it in.
- To tag multiple articles at once, check the articles you want to tag. To select multiple items in a row, hold down the Shift key.
- Options will become visible, and there you can choose Edit multiple.
- Click on Other tags and select a tag or create your own by typing it in.
Remove a tag from an individual article
- Click on the tag for the article you want to untag.
- Click the "X" on the tag in the gray area.
- Done!
Delete an entire tag
- Klicka på taggen på en av dina artiklar.
- Hovra över taggen i det vita fältet.
- Klicka på papperskorgen på den tagg du vill radera.
- Bekräfta med ok! Din tagg raderas nu från alla artiklar som är taggade med den.
- Click on the tag for one of your articles.
- Hover over the tag in the white area.
- Click the trash can icon on the tag you want to delete.
- Confirm with "OK!" Your tag will now be removed from all articles previously containing that tag.
