Performing a Relocation Task in the Mobile App

Here's How to Execute a Relocation Task via Email

When it's time to execute your relocation task in the mobile app, the task needs to be set up in the app first. You can read how to do this in "Creating a Relocation Task in the Mobile App." Once that is done, you can start moving your items from one building to another.

Here's How to Do It:

  1. Go to "Tasks" located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Stay under the "Sent" tab and select the relevant relocation task.
  3. Click on "Check Off Items."

To Check Off Items With a QR Code:

  1. Locate the item you're about to move and press the QR icon at the bottom right corner to enter the camera mode for scanning the item.
  2. Scan the QR code of the first item and then click the scanner icon again if you have multiple items to scan.
  3. Continue until you have scanned all the items involved in the relocation task. At the bottom left corner, you will see the count of items you have checked off. Once all items are checked off, a yellow bar will appear saying "Done." Click on it.

To Check Off Items Without a QR Code:

  1. If an item doesn't have a QR code or if you can't find an item, you can check it off manually.
  2. Enter the task and choose "Check Off Items."
  3. Click on the empty box if no QR code is associated with the item or on the box with the QR symbol if a QR code is connected to the item.
  4. If a QR code is connected, a prompt will appear asking if you want to manually check off the item. Confirm with "Yes."

You're Now Done, Great Job!

You will be redirected back to the relocation task and can click on "Complete." This means the relocation task is executed and it will be moved to the "Archive" tab.
