How to Indicate that an Item is Missing

During the execution of a relocation task, it may happen that one or more items cannot be found. To proceed and complete the relocation task, you can indicate that the item is missing.

Here's how you do it:

  1. Navigate to the 'Tasks' section, located at the bottom right of the menu.
  2. Stay under the 'Sent' tab and select the relevant relocation task.
  3. Click on 'Check off Items.'
  4. Enter the missing item's detail and select 'Options.'
  5. Choose 'Archive.'
  6. You'll now see a notification that the selected item is reserved for a task. Select 'Archive Anyway' and then choose 'Missing.'

Your selected items will now be marked as missing, allowing you to complete the relocation task.
