In this section, you will learn how to export an Excel or CVS containing all events on a marketplace. It can be used for invoicing and/or in-depth statistics.
To download an export containing all marketplace events you start by logging in to palats.io. When logged in you press "Marketplace" in the left menu and press "Export events" in the top right corner. When that is done you will see a pop-up containing the below fields where you can add input data to get only the relevant events you are looking for in your export and then select format before clicking "Export"
The export contains several columns that are explained below,
A. Date - Date and time when the event happened.
B. Event Name - Type of event.
C. Article ID - The Article ID of the article that is included in the event.
D. Model ID - The Model ID of the article that is included in the event.
E. Bulk Value - If the article is a bulk article, mening that it is counted in for example square meters, meters or volume and not one unit per row.
F. Bulk unit - What unit the Bulk Value is counted in.
G. Category - What category does the article in the event belong to.
H. kg CO2e - What CO2e impact does the article in the event have.
I. Price - What Price is the article in the event listed for.
J. VAT % - What VAT % is set in the organization.
K. VAT - VAT amount
L. Total price - Price including VAT.
M. Estimated value - What is the current estimated value of the article.
N. Equivalent new price - The price of an equivalent article when newly purchased today.
O. new price - The original purchasing price of the article.
P. Listing title - The title of the listing.
Q. Vendor - The person who owns the listing.
R. Vendor company - The company that owns the listing/the company the Vendor belongs to.
S. Order ID - The ID of the order that the article is included in.
T. Delivery Method - What method of delivery/pick-up was selected when the order was created.
U. Delivery date - What date was selected when placing an order with delivery.
V. Customer - The email of the user ordering the article.
W. Customer company - The company where the user that ordered the article is working.
X. Customer project number - The number of the project to which the user is ordering products.
Y. Location at event - The location where the article was located when the event happened.
Z. Location at event (info) - The information added under other information on the location where the article was located when the event happened. Can be info such as result unit or business affiliation.
AA. Destination location name - The name of the destination to which the article was moved after the order was finalized.
AB. Destination branch name - The name of the branch within the destination to which the article was moved after the order was finalized.
AC. Destination address - The address of the destination to which the article was moved after the order was finalized.
AD. Destination location (info) - The information added under other information on the location where the article was moved after the order was finalized.
AE. Marketplace - Which marketplace the article is connected to/listed on when the event happened.
