How to manage your locations

If you have multiple locations within your organization that are spread across different cities or areas, you can filter and save them as views to make navigation easier. You can also choose to save locations as favorites 💙. These will then appear at the top of your list of locations.

How to create and customize a new view for your locations

1. Log in to the web app.

2. Go to Locations in the menu on the left.

3. Click the square icon to create a new view, located next to the tabs Active, Inactive, and All.

4. Name your view.

5. Under Customize, choose the layout you prefer. If you select the list view, you can customize which columns are displayed by clicking the eye icon.

6. Under Filters, apply the filters you want and then save your view. It will appear as a new tab at the top.

Save a location as a favorite

1. Click on the location you want to save as a favorite.

2. Click the heart icon in the top-right corner next to Edit location.

3. Done!

Here's how you do it in the mobile app

1. Log into the Palats mobile app.
2. Press and hold on the location you want to save as a favorite.
3. Select "Save as Favorite."
