How you as a marketplace user manage an order

When someone places an order on one of your ads, you will receive an email with information about the order and the buyer. You can also see and manage your ads and orders under the icon with the little person at the top right when you are logged in to the marketplace.

Handling an Order Where the Buyer Has Chosen the "Book Delivery" Option

  1. If the person who placed an order wishes to have the goods delivered, both you and the buyer will receive a new email as soon as a delivery date has been booked.

How Do I Know if the Buyer Has Chosen "Book Delivery"?

  1. Open the email you received called "New Order on Your Ad."
  2. Click on the link in the email "Open Order in Palats."
  3. If the buyer has chosen the book delivery option, it will say "Delivery booking in progress. You will be notified when the delivery date is booked."

Handling an Order Where the Customer Has Chosen the Option to Pick Up the Goods Themselves

  1. Open the email you received called "New Order on Your Ad."
  2. Click on the link in the email "Open Order in Palats" to see the buyer's contact details.
  3. Either you or the buyer make contact with each other to agree on a date and place for pickup.
  4. When the buyer has picked up the goods, you can mark the goods as picked up.
