Custom views in Orders and Listings – for administrators

Create custom views to quickly get an overview of your orders and listings

If you're an administrator managing orders and listings, you can create your own views to easily return to when, for example, you want to search for which customer placed an order.

How to create and manage custom views in Orders

1. Log in to the Palats.io web app.

2. Go to Orders in the menu on the left.

3. Click on Customize (top right)

   - Under Columns, you can toggle on or off the columns you want to see in your view.
   - You can also drag and drop them into the order you prefer.
   
   

Save a View

1.  To save a view, click in Create new view (square icon at the top).

2. Give your view a name.
3. Filter and customize the view the way you want.
4. Click Save on the right.
5. Your view now appear as a tab alongside the other standard views: Active, Completed and All.
6. Done! You now have a saved view.
