      Archiving an Article in the Web App

      To Archive an Article in the Web App for Long-Term Statistics

      Do you have an article that has been given away, recycled, sold, or perhaps even lost? By archiving, you gain an overview of your inventory, and the articles you archive are deactivated. This means they can no longer be managed or displayed in your inventory.

      By archiving articles, you get statistics over time about what happens to your furniture and materials.


      Here's How to Do It!

      1. Log in to the web app at palats.io.
      2. Navigate to the location where the item is located.
      3. Filter articles based on a tag or product category, or use the search bar.
      4. If multiple copies appear, check one or multiple copies that you want to archive.
      5. Click on 'More Options.'
      6. Choose 'Archive.'
      7. Select the reason for archiving the articles or articles, then click 'Archive Articles.'
      8. Your selected articles are now archived and can be found in the 'Archive' on the left-hand menu.

      Undo Archived Item:

      1. Go to 'Articles' in the left-hand menu.
      2. Click on Archive.
      3. Check the article you want to restore and click 'Restore.'
      4. Confirm that you want to restore the article.
      5. Done!

      And there you have it! You've completed this step.
