      Archiving an article in the mobile app

      Here's how to archive an article in the mobile app.

      Do you have an article that has been donated, reused internally, waste-managed, sold, or perhaps even lost? Archiving provides you with an overview of your inventory, and the articles you archive will be deactivated, which means they will no longer be managed or displayed in your inventory (you can always restore an archived article).

      Here's how to archive an article in the mobile app:

      1. Log in to the Palats mobile app.
      2. Scan the QR code or go to the article you want to archive.
      3. Click on Options and select Archive.
      4. Choose the reason for archiving the article and then click Archive articles.
      5. The article is now archived, and you can find it in the Archive when you are logged into the web app.

      Undo archiving an article

      1. Log in to palats.io
      2. Go to the Archive in the right-hand menu.
      3. Check the article you want to restore and click on "Restore."
      4. Confirm that you want to restore the article.
      5. Done!
