      Turn off Palats Genie

      How to turn off or activate Palats Genie

      When you take inventory in Palats, our AI, Palats Genie, will suggest a suitable product category based on the image you've taken. You can choose to turn off Palats Genie if you prefer to search for a product category yourself.

      1. Log in to the Palats mobile app and click on 'Menu,' located on the bottom menu bar.
      2. Click on 'Settings' and then on 'Genie (image matching)' to enable or disable the feature.
      3. Click 'Save' in the upper right corner.
      4. Done!
