Specify the new destination of articles using tags
In the destination column, you can indicate where the articles should be moved by creating tags with room numbers, addresses, etc. You can then filter through your tags to create and export lists.
Tip! Tag your articles in the Next step column to mark which articles that need to be moved. Then, filter out everything that needs to be moved to tag the articles with their new destination.
Step 1 - Access the Destination Column
- Go to your location and open the table view by clicking on the table icon at the far right.
- Click on Customize.
- Make Next step and Destination visible. If the eye icon is closed, click to reveal the column. Also, ensure that Logistics comment is visible as it may contain information related to the move.
- Click and drag the column headers into your desired order.
- If you've tagged your articles with "move" in the Next step column, start by clicking on the top of the Next step column and select Filter.
- Click on Next step, now visible at the top left.
- Check Move to view all articles with this tag.
Step 2 - Tag the articles with Destination
- Choose Filter if you want to see one product category at a time.
- If you want to tag one article at a time, click in the Destination field for the specific article and choose one of your previously used tags or create a new one by typing it in.
- To tag multiple articles simultaneously, check the articles you wish to tag on the left. To select multiple articles in a row, hold down the Shift key.
- The Options menu will appear, where you can select Edit Multiple.
- Click on Destination and choose a tag or create a new one by typing it in.
