How SSO works and how to log in using SSO
What is SSO?
SSO (Single Sign-On) means that you log in to Palats using your organization’s login, for example via Microsoft or Google. This means you do not need to create or manage a separate account or password for Palats.
When logging in, you are verified through your organization’s authentication system, and Palats uses that authentication to grant you access.
What does this mean for you as a user?
When your organization uses SSO, you log in to Palats in the same way as you do in your other work tools. This means you use the same email address and login method.
This means that:
- you get a faster and more consistent login experience
- your organization’s security settings also apply in Palats
- you do not need to use multiple passwords
How to sign in using SSO
If your organization has enabled SSO, you can log in using your regular company account.
- Go to Palats via the web or download the Palats app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Click Use single sign-on (SSO).
- Enter your work email address and click Log in.
