Start from an Existing Model When Creating New Articles.
Using the "Search in Model Library" Feature in the Mobile App for Inventory
With the "Search in Model Library" function, you can search among your existing models during an inventory. The specifications you've collected for an existing model are brought up, and all you need to do is update the article specifications such as condition, purchase price, year of manufacture, and any free text.
If you have a model where one or more parameters differ, you can choose to create a new model based on an existing one.
Let's Get Started!
- Select the area you're in (floor, room, etc.).
- Click on the purple plus icon at the bottom right.
- Choose a position if you are inventorying on a floor plan. If you have a QR code, scan it and attach it to a clean, flat surface on your article.
- Next, click on "Search in Library."
- Search or filter to find the article you wish to pull up.
- Fill in the article specifications.
- Choose the number of articles you want to create and click on "Complete & Save Article."
