Placing an Order on the Marketplace

Adding an Item to the Shopping Cart

1. Log in to your marketplace via palats.io.
2. Navigate to the item you want to purchase.
3. Select the quantity and then click on "Order."
4. If there are multiple items of the same model, check the boxes for the ones you want. You can see the condition of the items by hovering over the three symbols.
5. Once you've selected the items you want, click on "Confirm" at the bottom right corner.
6. Click on "Checkout" if you're done, or continue adding items to your cart.
7. Fill in your contact information and double-check that all the information is correct.
8. Choose one of the two delivery methods below.

Select Delivery Method

1. Click on "select delivery method" and choose one of the following two options:

• I'll arrange pickup - You'll work out the date and place for picking up the goods with the advertiser.
• Book delivery - Indicate a desired delivery date, and you'll receive an email when the delivery is booked.

1. Confirm the desired delivery date and the order.
2. You will now receive confirmation of your order via email.

What happens to my order if I choose the option "I'll arrange pickup"?

1. You'll need to contact the advertiser directly to agree on a time and place. Click on the link in your order confirmation to go directly to your order, where you'll find the contact information for the seller.

What happens to my order if I choose the option "Book delivery"?

1. Chose to book delivery? 🚚 You'll soon receive a new email as soon as a delivery date has been booked by the seller.
