Here's how to inventory articles specified in volume, square meters, length, or volume.
If you have articles where there's no need to know the condition of each specific item, but you're only interested in recording information about how many, the weight, or the volume of a particular article, you can inventory these as bulk items.
Alrighty, let's get to it! 🌟
- Select Location and Division.
- Tap the purple plus button at the bottom right corner.
- Add one or several clear photos and mark the location if you're inventorying using a floor plan.
- If you have a QR code, scan it.
- Select Category.
- Fill in the specifications and check the box that says "Handled as Bulk Goods," which you'll find further down among the specifications.
- Choose the unit that suits your articles (Quantity (pcs), Length (m), Weight (kg), etc.)
- Enter a figure under the header "Bulk Goods Quantity."
- Fill in any additional article specifications you'd like.
- When you're finished, tap "Complete & Save Article."
