# Visit Palats Help Center via the mobile app

## If you get stuck and need help, you can access our Help Center directly through the mobile app.

In the Palats Help Center, you will find articles describing all the steps and features available in Palats.

1. Log in to the Palats mobile app and click on '**Menu**,' which you can find on the bottom menu bar.
2. Click on '**Settings**' and then on 'Help Center.'
3. Search or navigate to the right article, and if you still don't find the answer to your question, you are welcome to contact us, and we will assist you further.
