# Utilize Filtering and Sorting Features in the Table View

## How to Filter and Sort in the Table Tool

### Customizing Your Workspace in the Table View

Before you start working in the table view, you can hide or display the columns you wish to see. You can then save these adjustments as a customized workspace view for future use.

### Filtering by Product Category

1. Go to your designated area and click on the table icon located at the far right.
2. Once inside the table view, click on 'Filter.'
3. Click on 'no filter' within the category section.
4. If you want to see all items under, for example, furniture and interior design, tick the checkbox. To see subcategories like chairs, tables, etc., click on the arrow to go to the next sub-level. For even more specific information, click the arrow once more.
5. Tick the subcategories you wish to display, and then click 'show articles' at the bottom right.

### Displaying Model Specifications

After filtering to display the product category or categories you are interested in, you can choose to show model specifications like color, shape, etc.

1. Click on 'Customize' at the top right.
2. Scroll down to 'Add Columns' and click on the eye icon to make these visible in the table view.
3. If you want to rearrange the columns, simply click and drag the column to your desired position in the sequence.
