Edit an article specification (condition, manufacturing year, purchase price, or tags)
If you need to change an article specification for an individual article, such as its condition, manufacturing year, purchase price, or tags, follow the steps below. You can also edit your articles in the web app.
Here's how to do it:
If you've inventoried using QR codes, you can choose to scan the QR code on the article you want to edit by clicking Scan in the bottom menu. Otherwise, follow the steps below.
- Go to the location where the article is located.
- Search or add filters to find your article.
- Select the article you want to edit, click Options, and then Edit article.
- Scroll down to the Article Specifications section.
- Make the desired changes and then click Complete and save article.
- You're done!
