How to Edit an Order Before Finalizing It
In the event that a customer changes their mind about parts of their order or if some articles in the order are no longer available, you can edit the order before finalizing it. You can edit an order in both the mobile app and the web app.
Edit an order in the webapp
- Log in to Palats.io
- Go to Orders in the menu on the left.
- Open the relevant order.
- Click on the three dots and then select Edit Order.
- Make the desired changes and then click Update.
- Optionally, add a message to the customer explaining why the order has been updated.
- You can now finalize the remaining part of the order.
Edit an order in the mobile app
- Log in to the Palats mobile app.
- Go to Overview in the menu bar at the bottom.
- Tap Orders in the top right corner.
- Open the relevant order.
- Tap More Actions and select Edit Order.
- Make the desired changes and then tap Update.
- Optionally, add a message to the customer explaining why the order has been updated.
- You can now finalize the remaining part of the order.
