Customize & save a table view

Here's how to customize and save a work view in the table tool.

Are you finished with your inventory and ready to start planning what to do with everything? We'll guide you through how to customize your table view to show or hide the columns you want to work with. You can choose to save one or more work views to easily switch between them.

Access the table view and customize columns

You can choose to work in the table view based on a specific location, or you can open the table view via Articles found in the menu on the left. If you choose to work in the table view via Articles, you will have access to all articles in all locations within your organization.

  1. Open the table view via Articles or navigate to a location.
  2. Position yourself on the entire location or in one of the divisions (floor, room, etc.), and then click on the table icon at the far right.
  3. Select Customize to hide or display columns by clicking the eye icon.
  4. If you want to change the order of the columns, you can hold one option and drag it to the desired position.
  5. You can also hide a column by clicking the header in the table and selecting hide.

Save your view

To avoid customizing your columns/view every time you open the table view, you can save different views tailored for the task at hand.

  1. Customize your view as you prefer.
  2. Click on Saved views at the top right.
  3. Select Save current.
  4. Provide a name for your view.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Done!
