Customize Inventory Fields

Choose which model fields and article fields should be visible in the inventory flow

To simplify the inventory process, you can hide fields that you don’t use. You can also improve data quality by making certain fields mandatory.

How to do it

  1. Log in to Palats.
  2. Click your name in the menu on the left.
  3. Select ⚙️ Settings
  4. Go to Inventory Fields
  5. Check the fields you want to be visible in the inventory flow

For each field, you can choose:

  • Show – The field is visible in the inventory but optional to fill in

  • Required – The field must be filled in to complete the inventory.

     

💡 Tip: By showing only relevant fields and making important information mandatory, the inventory process becomes both faster and more quality-assured
